AI does the legwork. You stay in charge.

It reads, drafts, checks and watches. You make the calls, and nothing counts until you approve it.

The assistant

Talk to Atlas.

Atlas is the assistant in every app. Say it or type it, and it does it on the page you’re on, as you, with only what your role can see.

  • Hands-free Turn on “Hey Atlas” and talk while your hands are full. It listens only while BUILDVRS is open, and the light says so.
  • Gets you there Any page, any project, any app, by name or job number.
  • Does the step Fills in an estimate step, adds or takes out scope, moves you on.
  • Reads the file Opens a document on the project and answers from it.
“Hey Atlas, open the Bayshore office in Bluline.”Opened the plans.
“2,440 square feet, office, in Austin.”Filled in the project specifics.
“Is the drywall sub’s insurance still good?”Read the certificate: it expires March 3.
The crew

The agents

Six that builders lean on most. Each is an AI agent with a name, a face and one job.

  • Watchers run on their own with plain checks, no AI. They flag; they never change anything.
  • Workers use AI when you press the button. They hand you a draft; nothing counts until you approve it.
Tess, the takeoff agent (AI)

Tess

TakeoffBluline · Worker

“I took off A-101 through A-104. Three lines need your eyes.”

Reads a plan set sheet by sheet, zoomed in for the small print, and drafts the takeoff.

You: Check each line, then approve it into the estimate.

Its limit: Never makes up a quantity: no number on the sheet means “needs review”.

Penny, the pricing agent (AI)

Penny

PricingTally · Worker

“Your takeoff is priced, your prices first. Ready for you to check.”

Prices an approved takeoff into a draft bid: your prices first, then your market’s.

You: Check the draft and send it when it’s right.

Its limit: Every price shows its source. Nothing is sent for you.

Gus, the bid gaps agent (AI)

Gus

Bid gapsTally · Worker

“The low electrical bid leaves out fire alarm. Covered somewhere?”

Reads your sub bids side by side and lists what each one leaves out.

You: Decide who covers each gap before the number goes out.

Its limit: Points at the gap. Never changes a bid.

Rita, the revisions agent (AI)

Rita

RevisionsBluline · Worker

“Rev 3 moved two walls on A-102 and added a door. Here’s what changed.”

Compares a new drawing set to the last one and lists what changed, sheet by sheet.

You: See what moved, then update the takeoff and the price.

Its limit: Shows the change. Never edits your takeoff.

Walt, the night watch agent (AI)

Walt

Night watchToday · Watcher

“Checked every job last night. One cost code is running hot.”

Checks every job and the money each night: over budget, past-due invoices, cash running short.

You: Read it with your coffee. It ranks what’s most at risk.

Its limit: Plain checks, no AI. Read only: it never changes or sends anything.

Remy, the sub paperwork agent (AI)

Remy

Sub paperworkGuild · Watcher

“Two subs’ insurance runs out this month. I’ll remind them before it lapses.”

Emails subs whose insurance is running out, and whose agreements still wait to be signed.

You: Switch it on once. Payments wait while a sub’s insurance is expired.

Its limit: Off until you turn it on. Plain checks, no AI.

What it never does

  • Moves money, pays a bill or changes bank details
  • Sends an email, a bid or a proposal on its own
  • Sees another company’s jobs or prices
  • Makes up a number it can’t back up

It learns your company. You can see what it learned.

Only from what you did or confirmed: the items you usually take out, how your quantities run, your prices. It’s all listed in Settings, where you can change or delete any of it.

Try it on your next bid.
